Members may submit entries in the following 18 categories, comprising activities from May 1, 2011, through April 30, 2012. For your reference, award definitions and selection criteria are included with the nomination packages below:

Award winners will be recognized at the 2012 World Workplace Conference & Expo in San Antonio, Texas.
Nominations
Download the nomination package for each category above. All completed nomination packages and supporting exhibits are due to IFMA by June 4, 2012. Any entries received after this date will be returned. No entry fees are required.
Only IFMA members in good standing may nominate a candidate. IFMA members are encouraged to nominate themselves. Chapters and councils must be re-certified for the current year to be eligible for Chapter and Council awards.
Judging
Judges include a body of directors, the executive committee, IFMA staff, former board members, previous award winners and experts in the particular categories. The judges evaluate the nomination based solely on the information supplied in the nomination package and the supporting .documentation submitted by the nominee. Judges reserve the right to withhold an award in any category if it is determined that no candidate meets the minimum criteria.
