Request for a transfer of credit/refund:
IFMA is aware that inclement weather kept some attendees from the 2012 conference, and would like to offer support by allowing a transfer of credit. If you were unable to attend World Workplace 2012 and would like to transfer credit to a World Workplace 2013 registration, please fill out this form and email to ifma@ifma.org. Even if you've already put in a request via email/voicemail, you will still need to complete the form. It will take 7 to 10 days to process transfers and refunds.
