When attendees book within the World Workplace housing block, it allows us to demonstrate the value of our conference to the host city, and therefore be eligible for significant discounts at local hotels and reduced meeting room rentals charged at the convention center. The fee to provide housing services to you is incorporated in the room rate. The discounts World Workplace receives are, in turn, passed on to you in the form of lower registration costs.

NOTICE: Unauthorized Company Soliciting Housing for IFMA's World Workplace

World Workplace attendees and exhibitors have reported receiving telephone solicitations from personnel who say they are associated with Conventional Housing, 24/7 Destination Management, HDMC Group or Exhibitor Logistics in connection with housing for IFMA's World Workplace 2010 Conference & Expo, Oct. 27-29, Atlanta, Ga.

Conventional Housing, 24/7 Destination Management, HDMC Group or Exhibitor Logistics have not been authorized by IFMA to provide housing for World Workplace. IFMA will address the inappropriate conduct with these entities directly. We apologize for any confusion their actions may have caused you. We will continue to do whatever we can to prevent unauthorized solicitation of IFMA members, conference attendees and exhibitors.
