If you do not have your printed registration materials with you, please check in at the registration counter first.

Don’t lose your badge!
Badges are non-transferable. A US$10 fee will be charged to reprint lost or replacement badges. Wear your badge at all times—it is your passport to the expo, educational sessions, special events, the Welcome Reception, keynote address and power speaker sessions. We are unable to replace or reprint misplaced, forgotten or lost event tickets.

Cleaner & Greener Event Certification

IFMA’s World Workplace 2009 Conference & Expo is committed to achieving certification as a Leonardo Academy Cleaner and Greener® event. Show management is working to offset 100% of the emissions associated with IFMA's World Workplace, and you can help.

Those who would like to offset their carbon footprint may visit the on-site registration counter and make a US$20 donation. Your donation purchases enough emissions reductions to offset the average emissions caused by one attendee's travel, lodging, meals and event activities by 200%.

Community Donations
At the close of IFMA’s World Workplace, Show Management will donate the following items to local organizations:

Catering surplus and plants/floral arrangements to Hubbard House.
Hubbard House provides shelter and outreach services for domestic violence victims and their families. The organization provides free services not only for the immediate safety needs of abuse victims and their children, but also to educate, support, and promote community awareness about domestic violence and its far reaching effects in Duval and Baker counties.

Signage and surplus attendee bags and supplies to the University of Central Florida’s College of Arts and Humanities.
The University of Central Florida is the nation's fifth-largest university. With 12 colleges located in Orlando, Fla., it serves 50,000 students. The College of Arts and Humanities seeks to enhance and develop programs of excellence that are recognized for academic quality, creative output and economic impact in the community.
